Fast and Healthy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Here at Faithful Workouts, we love sauces! No matter what you’re making, the perfect sauce can make all the difference.

One of our favorite sauces right now is this Roasted Red Pepper sauce. It’s free of gluten, but heavy on the YUM. You can put this sauce over chicken, vegetables, fish, pasta—it’s works for everything! So whip up this sauce up and add some healthy—and delicious—flavor to your favorite meal!


  1. Cottage cheese - ½ cup
  2. Garlic - 4 cloves minced
  3. Red peppers - 4 roasted peppers** or one 12 ounce jar roasted peppers


Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. 

**there are several ways to roast peppers I put them in a 400 degree preheated oven and cook until they are soft and the outside is charred. Immediately after removing them from the oven put them in a paper bag or wrap them in a towel. Leave them there for about 15 minutes. The charred skin should easily fall off after this. Peel, seed and cut.
