Becoming a Faithful Workouts' Leader

A word of encouragement from a teacher to a child can change a life. A word of encouragement from a spouse can save a marriage. A word of encouragement from a leader can inspire a person to reach her potential.
— John C. Maxwell

Interested in becoming a Faithful Workouts' leader? Then you're in the right place! You don't have to be "perfect" to be a leader - we're all on the journey to better physical and spiritual health! You just need to be willing to say, "yes," even if you're scared and even if you don't think you're prepared. God is the one who calls us and equips us, so if you're hearing the call, then maybe it's time to take what you've learned from Faithful Workouts to a larger group! We've even written a Leader's Guide, so you'll have help every step of the way.

If you're ready to take the next step and start inspiring your community, then click below to find out more:

Our Leaders host classes that include a workout, and a "study."

We've had leaders host classes out of their home, their church, their community center - anywhere and everywhere you can think of! Each class, or group gathering, generally includes time spent working out together (don't worry, you can use a Faithful Workouts exercise video) and then time spent going through 1 week of our 12-week, ReIgnite Study. Each gathering lasts about 90 minutes.

Our leaders encourage and point people toward God

People become Faithful Workouts' leaders because they love God, love people, and want to see people experience God's best for them. They also love to have fun (as you can see from my friends and I above)! You don't have to be a professional speaker, fitness instructor or bible school graduate to lead a Faithful Workouts' class. If you have a desire to see people living healthy and free this is for you.

Our leaders understand the importance of community

At Faithful Workouts, we believe that change and growth happen best in community, and that's why we want to encourage people to become Faithful Workouts' leaders. I'm sure you can think of friends, people at your church, or even in your neighborhood that would benefit from having a group of believers along with them on their journey to better health. Extra bonus - you have people to hold you accountable too!
